For me, having a baby helped me switch. When the baby was small, getting a little bit of work at any time of the day become a big win, and then later, I naturally switched to waking up before her in order to get some focused alone time.
Now the second baby has come. Let's see what will happen next to my working hours.... Or should I say minutes?

I was always a night owl, especially in university. But lately I’ve been more of an early bird. I can definitely make either work though! :)
