"For some, the dream is a close-knit operation that allows for deep, meaningful work without the stress of managing a large team." This is so much more preferable to me, which I found out the hard way by doing just what you did, expanding to a 5-person team and then hating that I instantly turned myself into an HR director, manager, counselor, and boss, all distracting from the creative work I wanted to free up! I also like the announcement. Of course I'm biased that speaking is one of the number competencies that can help an entrepreneur stand out and succeed, but I'm very interested in what you'll have to share.

Yes, Rick! It's all the related duties that come with running a larger business that can drain a solopreneur of energy. I often felt like the lead dog, pulling the sled — and it was exhausting. I love the nimbleness and freedom of choosing how to spend my days, without the responsibility of providing someone else's livelihood.

But don't feel like you must wait until you have that credential before you begin helping people. You can easily share what you know online while gathering important feedback on what your audience may need most. Best wishes for great success.
